What do trees mean to you?

This workshop is a chance to learn about the stories of the trees in Milton Keynes, and contribute creatively to a new set of stories through photography and creative writing tasks.

The workshop will start with a sound walk informed by the research of the Branching Out team from the Open University and Loughborough University.

The new stories that are being created are a part of Felix’s work with MK Gallery and fuse folk stories from the area with new stories from Milton Keynes.

Outcomes from this workshops will form part of an exhibition in the Project Space running 2 – 4 June.

This workshop is part of a larger commission taking place at MK Gallery throughout May, find out more here.

Meet at The Tree Cathedral in Campbell Park at 1pm.

Please bring a bottle of water and a snack if you wish, and dress appropriately for the weather.

Please note that by taking part in this workshop you are agreeing for the workshop outcomes to form part of the Branching Out research project, including any audio recordings and documentation of the event.
